| Melissa will work with you to schedule Dave, our Customer Service Representative, to visit your home.
Dave will first make an assessment of your request and determine the appropriate solution.
Please note that all customer service work will be done during work hours between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM from Monday through Friday.
We ask that you please let us know the best day(s) and time(s) to schedule your customer service visit and/or work at the time you advise us of the problem.

We encourage you to wait to submit customer service requests until 30 days have passed from the homeowner orientation, unless an emergency occurs. This will give you the opportunity to get to know your new home.
Also, you should have received a Homebuyers Manual which will help you familiarize yourself with the operations and routine maintenance needs of your new home.
