presenting offers on behalf of your client please provide a copy of the
Earnest Money Check, together with the name, address and contact
information of their Lender directly to our Listing Agent.
We ask that you become familiar with our Builder Addendum.

Your clients are under no obligation to use our
Preferred Mortgage Lenders, however,
we do require that they be pre-qualified through them.
There is no cost to your clients for this pre-qualification. It gives us an assurance of your client's ability to close on schedule.

clients financing, escrow signing and

REAL ESTATE LISING AND BUYER'S AGENTS
Our Preferred Listing Agents are professionals who's reputations speak for themselves.
Our Listing Agents hire Buyer's Agents that are available to represent home buyer's needs. Or, if the home buyer already has a Real Estate Agent they will work together with them to meet the client's needs. Often times our Listing/Buyer's Agents are happy to write up offers on behalf of the home buyer if their Real Estate Agent is not available. The home buyer's Agent will remain on the purchase & sale agreement as representative of the home buyer and will be brought into the loop as soon as possible. This often helps facilitate a transaction in the event of vacation, illness or other absences without displacing the original Buyer's Agent.
HOME MORTGAGE LENDERS
More professionals in our industry, our Home Mortgage Lenders know the ins and outs of real estate financing. They have valuable resources at their fingertips and will present you with appropriate mortgage loans. At the very least we require that all of our home buyers, at no cost or obligation, be prequalified through one of our Preferred Home Mortage Lenders.
